Remove the unit from the carton.
Do not destroy the cardboard until
you have inspected the unit carefully.
Should your inspection reveal any
damage or defect in the finish, do
not install the unit – contact your
distributor immediately. The warranty
does not cover damages or defects to
the finish claimed after the bath has
been installed. Longevity’s responsibility
for shipping damages ceases upon
delivery of the product in good order
to the carrier. Refer any claims for
damages to the carrier.

It is always recommended to have a
professional and competent plumber
do the plumbing installations.

Please note if for any reason you must
drill a hole in an acrylic fixture, always
start drilling on acrylic surface and drill
through (hole saw recommended).

To protect the unit during installation,
we recommend that you put a piece
of cardboard on the bottom of the tub.

If the unit is covered with a polyethylene
film, remove the protective film
at the last moment to grant maximum
protection during installation procedures.
However, remove film where
surfaces will be in permanent contact
with another surface.

Build a solid frame inside 1/2" to 3/4" using dimensions listed in the technical
data. Please note that all three piece
units will require notching in the
frame to accommodate joints.

Check that floor is level, adjust as
necessary.

The drain location on the tub/shower
is shown but actual installation will
depend on waste/overflow which is
purchased separately.

Place unit into framework, shim as
necessary and plum vertical.

Install plumbing fixtures according to
individual manufacturer’s instructions.

Fasten the unit to the frame using
drywall screws. Be carful not to over
tighten or bury the screws as this
may cause the acrylic to crack.

Test the installation before finishing
around with trim.

Remove the protective tape from the
unit and clean with a mild cleaner to
remove construction dirt and residue.
