Q/ Can I buy direct from the factory?
A/ Longevity is a manufacturer and therefore does not sell direct. However, you can see a list of distributors on our site.

Q/ What is the difference between whirlpool and therapeutic?
A/ Whirlpool is more of a muscular massage sending water through the jets. Therapeutic is just as the name indicates offering a more subtle and relaxing massage.

Q/ Must we leave access for the blower and the pump?
A/ It is essential that the blower and pump be accessible.

Q/ One of the jets on my whirlpool is not working?
A/ Each of the six jets turn off and on independently. Check to see if it’s turned off by simply turning the jet clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open.

Q/ Will I be able to use bath oils and bubbles in my tub?
A/ You are most welcome to enjoy your favorite bath oil or beads etc. Be sure to follow the instructions for cleaning and flushing your tub.

Q/ What if I scratch or chip my acrylic tub?
A/ Simply call your supplier and ask for a reputable repair person in your area to fix it. Most repairs are easily fixed and don’t require anything further
